Yang Long and Yin Feng were just remarking that the Chopstick Demon must look hideous behind that mask.

Yang Long’s hand was already gripping the sword hilt. “We took Boss Qin’s money; now we’ll slaughter this guy.”

“Alright, Brother Long, the way you draw your sword is so majestic and handsome—it’s truly captivating,” Yin Feng praised, his face glowing with admiration.

“Of course,” Yang Long sneered, placing his hand on Yin Feng’s waist.

With a sharp clang, a gleaming longsword was drawn.

But this strike wasn’t directed at Shen Ye.

Instead, the sword circled around him, as if performing a graceful dance.

“Brother Long’s swordplay is incredibly cool. Watch my move,” said Yin Feng, a charming cross-dresser, as he suddenly drew his own sword with a clang!

His blade was even thinner, shimmering coldly in the light.

His strike, too, did not attack Shen Ye directly.

Rather, it countered Yang Long’s sword.

The two swords danced in the void like partners in a ballet.

So far, not a single attack had been launched at Shen Ye.

Shen Ye had faced many opponents, from the Thunder King Yang Feikuang to Beggar Lu, and all their fights were brutally straightforward. But these two played with their swords without a single direct strike. What trickery were they up to?

No matter. Attack first.

Shen Ye suddenly kicked backward with his right foot, using the momentum to charge forward.

But just as he was about to close in on Yang Long and Yin Feng, the two swords suddenly split into more than ten cold stars, darting straight toward Shen Ye, covering his entire surroundings.

Seeing this, Shen Ye knew it was dangerous but had no choice but to break through.

He did not retreat a step.

He charged forward.

With his fists, he smashed the incoming cold stars.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Several powerful punches cleared the path ahead.

Yang Long and Yin Feng remained standing, not in a hurry to pursue.

Yang Long sneered, “How foolish. This is the Kunlun Sect’s Yin-Yang Dual Sword Formation. You who don’t understand sword formations can never match us who know true swordplay.”

“That Chopstick Demon is obviously a rough brute. How could he compare to Brother Long’s wisdom and valor?” Yin Feng scoffed, gazing at Yang Long with admiration.

Yang Long let out a fierce roar, radiating masculine energy, causing the delicate Yin Feng to tremble slightly. Then with a deep voice he declared, “That was the defensive stance of the Kunlun Sect’s Yin-Yang Dual Sword Formation. Next is the offensive stance. In the offensive stance, you’ll be crushed like an ant. Boy, are you ready to die?”

Yin Feng giggled, “Brother Long, let’s go.”

Suddenly, their sword techniques shifted.

The two longswords emitted biting coldness with every thrust and parry.

And the sword tips aimed directly at Shen Ye’s position.

Their attack was meant to swallow and extinguish Shen Ye completely.

Shen Ye watched as Yang Long and Yin Feng launched their assault. Their swordplay had an unusual quality.

Is this the current martial art of the Jianghu?

When battling their formation earlier, he felt a subtle softness that dissipated his own strength.

If possible, he should learn a martial art like that.

But first, he must handle the immediate threat.

As the sword formation pressed in, Shen Ye’s mind raced.

If he used brute strength, he could easily crush them.

But it felt unnecessary. Brute force was his last resort.

His thoughts drifted to training with spider silk, recalling how his body darted through the forest while the silk swung between trees. He realized spider silk wasn’t just for moving between buildings; it could be used in combat. He had even devised a fighting method.

His hand moved to his spider silk equipment.

Whoosh!

A white thread shot out at unimaginable speed, hitting Yang Long before his sword could react.

Shen Ye then began sprinting circles around Yang Long and Yin Feng.

Each lap wrapped the two tightly in spider silk.

In the end, they were bound fast.

Yang Long struggled, “What is this freaky thing? Break it!” He swung his sword to cut the silk.

But the spider silk was made of a high-tech alloy from the year 3000.

No weapon could pierce it.

Clang!

The sword struck the silk, but it remained unscathed.

Yin Feng drew his sword to stab at the silk restraining him, but it was futile.

“Brother Long, what’s this disgusting white stuff wrapping me up? I only want you to hold me tight, not this white stuff,” the delicate Yin Feng complained.

Yang Long glared at Shen Ye. “Chopstick Hero, if you have the guts, let us go and fight fair and square. That’s what a real man does.”

“It’s hilarious listening to a couple of queers lecture me on manhood,” Shen Ye sneered. He tightened the silk bindings further, and with a loud clatter, the two swords dropped to the ground as Yang Long and Yin Feng were immobilized.

Without hesitation, Shen Ye charged forward, fists raised.

Boom!

A punch landed squarely on Yang Long’s head, blood flowing freely.

Yin Feng screamed, “Don’t hit my Brother Long! Hit me instead—but not my face! This pretty face can’t be scarred, not even in death.”

Shen Ye was merciless, striking Yin Feng’s head as well, leaving him bloodied and dazed.

The force behind Shen Ye’s fists was tremendous.

Both Yang Long and Yin Feng suffered heavy injuries.

...

Yang Long roared, “Taste my Kunlun Fire!”

Boom!

A burst of flames erupted suddenly.

Shen Ye didn’t know what it was, but the Jianghu was full of dangers.

He dodged immediately.

Besides, Yang Long and Yin Feng were still trapped in his spider silk.

Suddenly, two tiny figures burst from the flames.

They ran in opposite directions, disappearing rapidly down another staircase.

“Chopstick Demon, this time, we, the immortal couple Yang Long and Yin Feng, have been defeated,” came a deep voice—obviously Yang Long.

“But we refuse to accept defeat. Now we are badly injured. Once healed, we will compete with you again,” said a delicate voice—Yin Feng’s.

“Their bodies suddenly shrank to a tiny size and escaped through my spider silk. Could this be the Bone-Shrinking Skill? Is such a technique real in the Jianghu? And that Kunlun Fire—what exactly is it? I know too little about the secret arts of the Jianghu,” Shen Ye pondered, resting his chin on his hand.

Losing two experience points was a pity.
