A formless, void power crushed the heavens, stars plummeting from the sky—this was the might of the Shattering Void Realm, a force so immense that a single strand could topple mountains and shatter stars.

“Who dares act so wantonly here?!”

A familiar voice rang out, brilliant with radiant light—someone intervened, unmistakably the Black Demon Saint Envoy.

A terrifying gaze pierced through heaven and earth as a figure soared upward to confront the supreme demon of the Demon Clan.

“The Black Demon Heaven was established by an ancient mighty one—none may defy it, and none may break its laws.”

The Black Demon Saint Envoy roared in anger, his voice thunderous, yet he knew only too well the terror of the demon supreme before him. Blood and essence ignited, he unleashed his Shattering Void Realm power.

“So there is another of the human race in the Shattering Void Realm here. What a pity, you are far from your prime—your life force withered, your body decaying. You are no match for me.”

The demon supreme radiated overwhelming dominance, not even sparing the Black Demon Saint Envoy a glance, his presence awe-inspiring.

“Seeking death, are you?!”

The Black Demon Saint Envoy, though appearing as a Daoist, exuded a murderous aura as he struck out in attack.

“Begone!”

With a cold snort, the demon supreme flicked out a finger, blotting out the sky. A dense demonic aura swamped the firmament—the colossal finger, like the ancient Buzhou Mountain, descended with unimaginable might.

Blood spattered as the Black Demon Saint Envoy was grievously wounded, hurled backward and crashing into a thousand-foot mountain in the distance.

A thunderous roar suddenly echoed from afar—the ancient demon powerhouses of Black Demon Heaven had awakened. Geysers of blood and essence surged skyward, mighty as coiling dragons.

“Haha! At last, my time has come. To think that I, the Grand Heavenly Might Demon King, suppressed here for so long, would finally see the light of day again!”

A sinister voice resounded across the heavens, accompanied by flickering demonic flames. It was an old demon, once of the Titled Realm, now awakened anew.

“Well done, young one. I understand your intentions. After today, our Demon Clan shall once again rule the world.”

The Grand Heavenly Might Demon King’s body was immense, fully human-shaped but towering like a mountain, awe-inspiring even from afar.

“My lord has returned to the world—henceforth, his might shall shake the earth.”

Six demonic figures appeared in succession—all Shattering Void Realm demons, their cultivation no weaker than the previous demon supreme, though in true combat the latter would likely have the upper hand.

“Congratulations, senior. Now let us join forces to free our ancestor—the Human Clan army has surely learned of these happenings and will respond any moment now.”

The earlier demon supreme spoke with unmatched presence. He struck out forcefully, intent on shattering Black Demon Heaven.

“You speak well, young one. What is your name? Our Demon Clan may be bloodthirsty, but we value loyalty—this favor shall not go unrewarded.”

The Grand Heavenly Might Demon King’s eyes gleamed, having discerned the situation. He too began to strike, targeting the heart of Black Demon Heaven, where their ancestor—the peerless Demon Emperor—was imprisoned.

“I am the Grand Void Demon Lord. As for any reward, I require none. The Demon Clan will one day reclaim this land, and the Human Clan shall be utterly annihilated!”

The demon supreme declared his name, his strength fearsome, in no way inferior to the newly freed Grand Heavenly Might Demon King.

“Excellent! Then let us join forces and shatter all obstacles, starting with this little monkey.”

The Grand Heavenly Might Demon King laughed heartily, stretching out a massive hand to seize the Black Demon Saint Envoy.

“While we were suppressed, you lorded it over this place, slaughtering countless of our finest sons! Now die!”

The Grand Heavenly Might Demon King sneered coldly, his killing intent sweeping forth like a blizzard, threatening to freeze all of Black Demon Heaven.

A heartrending scream echoed across heaven and earth—brutal and final. The Black Demon Saint Envoy was slain, his body torn asunder, his soul extinguished.

“How... how terrifying. That was a great figure of the Shattering Void Realm!”

From the distance, Lin Fan was frozen in shock, hardly daring to breathe, his throat rasping with disbelief.

“Hmph, what’s so impressive? That so-called Black Demon Saint Envoy hadn’t even reached the peak of the Shattering Void Realm, while his opponent was a Titled Realm Demon King from the ancient era. There’s no comparison at all. Had the Grand Heavenly Might Demon King not just broken free, the outcome would have been even more disastrous.”

Prison Sky’s expression was grave. He had already concealed Lin Fan’s aura; otherwise, they would not have dared to watch the battle so brazenly.

“Boldness! You demons all deserve death!”

Just then, a powerful voice swept across Black Demon Heaven. In the distance, golden radiance surged like a vast ocean. A middle-aged man stood atop a golden scroll, riding the waves—his eyes blazed like twin scorching suns, incinerating all before him.

“That’s the Master of Heavenly Capital Gate!”

Lin Fan’s face turned ashen. He realized at once who had arrived—the mysterious master of the Heavenly Capital Gate.

“So that is the Master of Heavenly Capital Gate? Remarkable—he bears a scroll atop his head, surely a magical artifact, and one that has nearly achieved sentience.”

Prison Sky’s gaze lingered greedily on the golden scroll, but he knew there was no hope of claiming a share from such a figure and suppressed his avarice.

“Don’t get any ideas. That is the sect’s treasured artifact, rumored to be a holy decree. Open it, and heaven and earth change—the whole land could be lost.”

Lin Fan, recognizing Prison Sky’s thoughts, hurried to quash his greed.

“You think I don’t know? It’s but a replica of a divine artifact from ages past. I wouldn’t attempt to devour it—the karmic ties are too great for even me to endure.”

Prison Sky rolled his eyes at Lin Fan and fell silent, waiting patiently, convinced that the Human Clan would not rely solely on the Heavenly Capital Gate’s master.

“Chen Wenxin, I’m surprised you’d leave your little mountain gate. What, have you come to die?”

The Grand Void Demon Lord evidently recognized the master of Heavenly Capital Gate; there had been encounters between the two before.

“Of course I’ve come out, but the ones who’ll die today are not I, but you.”

The master of Heavenly Capital Gate was forceful and unafraid, undaunted by the many demon powerhouses, exuding calm confidence.

“I know you humans have made your preparations—bring them all out at once!”

The Grand Void Demon Lord sneered, utterly unafraid, his gaze piercing the depths of the void, where several auras still lay in hiding.

“The Demon Clan must be destroyed.”

A quiet voice fell, but within it was the unmistakable promise of blood and slaughter. A sword light cleaved the heavens, dazzling and fierce, and a lone figure stood in the void—overbearing, peerless.
