Volume 1, Chapter 126: Open Your Mouth

Not sure if it was from excitement, but after Song Qingyu got into the car holding the roses, she felt an overwhelming heat coursing through her body. She tugged at her collar and absentmindedly licked her lips. Her actions caught the attention of the man beside her, whose eyes darkened and Adam’s apple bobbed. He deliberately leaned closer. "What’s wrong?"
His deep, seductive voice whispered in her ear, sending a shiver down her spine. Turning to look at Pei Jingmo, the dim flickering light inside the car cast shadows across his face, making it look—irresistibly alluring.
Song Qingyu’s gaze involuntarily dropped to his handsome lips. What to do? She so badly wanted to kiss him! But the driver was still driving—would that be inappropriate?
“Hm? Qingqing, your face is so red. Are you feeling unwell?” Pei Jingmo reached out and touched her forehead. Startled, Song Qingyu grabbed his hand. “Can you think of a way?”
“Hm?”
“I want to kiss you, but I don’t want the driver to see.”
Her eyes were earnest, free of any hint of teasing or flirtation. Pei Jingmo’s heart pounded wildly because of her. He smiled softly. “Alright.”
He took off his jacket and draped it over both their faces, wearing an innocent expression. “Now no one can see.”
Song Qingyu: “…”
That might hide them, but it was even stranger that way.
Still, compared to shame or propriety, she no longer cared. She leaned in quickly and pressed a kiss on Pei Jingmo’s lips.
Pei Jingmo: “…”
That’s it?
“Qingqing, kisses aren’t supposed to be like this.”
“Hm?”
“…I’ll teach you when we get home.”
Song Qingyu’s face grew hot enough to burn. Covering her face with Pei Jingmo’s jacket, the idea of him teaching her to kiss was mortifying. But why did she feel a little excited?
Once inside their home, after changing her shoes, Song Qingyu saw Pei Jingmo reaching out to her. Remembering a video Zhangzhang had insisted she film recently, she placed her face in his palm, smiling with big doe eyes. “Fun?”
Damn!
Pei Jingmo almost lost his mind!
What kind of adorable little thing was this?

He took a deep breath to restrain himself from lunging forward. “Fun, but I actually wanted to borrow your phone.”
Song Qingyu: “…”
She quickly handed him the phone and was about to dash to her room when Pei Jingmo wrapped an arm around her waist. “Wait.”
“Hm?”
After fiddling with the phone, he covered her eyes with his hands. “I’m taking you to the bedroom.”
Why all the mystery?
He escorted her inside. “Ready?”
It dawned on Song Qingyu that Pei Jingmo must have prepared a surprise. Her heart swelled with joy. “Yes.”
“One, two, three—open your eyes—”
She slowly opened them and stared in disbelief.
The entire room was adorned with a dazzling galaxy of stars, as if she had stepped into the very center of the universe. She took a few steps forward and saw rose petals scattered across the bed, along with her favorite coastal-scented candles.
Pei Jingmo embraced her from behind. “I can’t take you to see the real Milky Way just yet, so this will have to do for now. But I promise, one day I’ll show you the most beautiful galaxy in the world.”
Song Qingyu was deeply moved. Pei Jingmo remembered everything she said to him, down to the smallest detail, and turned it into action.
“What about these roses—”
Pei Jingmo didn’t answer but instead turned her to face him. “Feel what’s in my pocket.”
She touched his pocket and found a small box.
Taking it out, her cheeks flushed instantly.
Avoid—
“This…”
“The condom was bought a week ago. Back then, you were still recovering from your fever, so I didn’t dare do anything.”
“The phone is off.”
He had also arranged for Manager Jie to prepare oxtail soup. Everything was ready.
“Qingqing, will you let me take care of you?”
Only then did Song Qingyu realize that Pei Jingmo’s borrowing her phone wasn’t just to use it, but to ensure no one would disturb them by turning it off.
Compared to her own plan of getting herself drunk, Pei Jingmo was far more thoughtful.
Did husbands in other families behave like this on their wedding night?
Looking into Pei Jingmo’s eyes, she noticed that while his gaze was icy toward others, when he looked at her, it was gentle and indulgent.
She smiled softly. “We’re husband and wife, equals. You can’t be the only one taking care of me—I will take care of you too—”
His Adam’s apple bobbed as a tingling warmth spread through his limbs.
Unable to control his surging emotions, he pressed one hand to the back of her head and kissed her deeply.

He vowed to be gentle and careful.
Repeating this silently, but when touching her sweetness, he wished he could swallow her whole.
“Qingqing, open your mouth.”
Between kisses, Pei Jingmo whispered lowly, “I’ll teach you how to kiss.”
Song Qingyu’s mind was a mush; she obediently parted her lips.
His long tongue slipped in, as if a valve had opened. Pei Jingmo’s kisses were delicate and scattered, gradually turning into a passionate dance of lips and teeth.
His tongue, fragrant and smooth, explored hers. Song Qingyu’s mind went blank; she instinctively closed her eyes.
It felt natural, inevitable. She forgot to think and didn’t want to. She just wanted to hold him tightly—
Tighter, even tighter!
She didn’t know when she was laid on the bed or when her clothes were removed.
Her gaze glazed over as she admired Pei Jingmo’s perfect form, her body burning hotter.
But Pei Jingmo seemed even hotter, his skin scorching.
Though gentle, Song Qingyu couldn’t help but shed tears from the pain.
He kissed her again and again—forehead, cheeks, nose, lips—
Finally stopping at her collarbone. He lifted his head slightly, his dark eyes filled with desire.
Seeing the frowning, tearful girl beneath him, he gently brushed away the moisture at her eye corner, then lowered his head to kiss her closed eyes.
He didn’t move, sweat dripping from his forehead onto her face.
Song Qingyu opened her eyes and saw the galaxy above and the face that captivated her.
Knowing how hard he was restraining himself, she wrapped her hands around his neck and kissed his prominent nose. “Come to me; I’m not afraid.”
Though she said she wasn’t in pain, her body trembled involuntarily, which only made Pei Jingmo love and cherish her more.
“Qingbao, I love you—”
Though he had longed for her for years, Pei Jingmo was careful and attentive to her feelings.
After it was over, though not fully satisfied, they stopped.
Lying face to face under the covers, he cupped her face with one hand, breathing heavily, kissing her softly and deeply.
His free hand gripped her waist tightly, unwilling to let her go.
Song Qingyu had recovered; her eyes dreamy, her smooth fair chin lifted slightly, hands weakly resting on his shoulders, giving and taking without restraint.
Clothes scattered across the floor, moonlight quietly illuminating them, yet unable to dim the rising passion and intimacy.
“I love you too.”
